Hi, I’m Rolland. I’ve just moved over to Europe to persue my dream of becoming a great football manager.

Although I was born in America, my grandparents were from Denmark. They emergrated to the States in 1935 and settled in the former mill town of Fall River, M.A. As I started planning my foray into management, it seemed to make sense to move back to where the family conections to football began.

My playing career was not significant – I trialed for a place with the New England Revolution, but never made the cut. I played for a couple of teams in the Boston area, but never made much headway. In the end I decided to get my badges, and seek employment in the management side of the game. My first position was with the Boston Bulldogs, starting out as a fitness coach before securing a role as tactical advisor and data analyst for the first team squad.

After seven years with the team, it felt right to head out in search of a new challenge. So here I am! Look out Europe, America is in the House!
